Article 1 — Who are we?
Zuvy Travel Planner is provided by the owner of Zuvy.nl and Zuvy.eu. Contact: info@zuvy.nl.
Article 2 — What data do we collect?
- Account data: username and email address.
- Trip data: flights, hotels, activities and documents you add yourself.
- Profile photo: optional, uploaded by you.
- Usage: anonymous counter for API usage (no personal data).
Article 3 — Why do we use your data?
- To run the travel planner and store your data.
- To send verification and confirmation emails.
- To generate AI suggestions (prompts contain no personal data).
- To process payments for Zuvy Premium.
Article 4 — Third parties
We do not share data with advertisers. We use:
- Brevo — email delivery
- Lemon Squeezy — payments (Premium only)
- Google Gemini & Places API — AI and hotel search
- Unsplash — travel photos (anonymous)
- AeroDataBox / RapidAPI — flight information
Article 5 — Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all data via Settings → Delete account.
Article 6 — Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Email info@zuvy.nl — we respond within 30 days.
Article 7 — Cookies
Zuvy does not use tracking cookies. Only a session token in localStorage to keep you logged in.
Article 8 — Security
Passwords are stored hashed. Communication is via HTTPS. Sensitive configuration files are not publicly accessible.
